Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a session with Mihira Studios. By engaging our services, enquiring through our contact form, or making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between Mihira Studios ("we", "us", "the Studio") and you ("the Client").

1. Booking & Confirmation

All sessions must be booked in advance. A session is considered confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation from Mihira Studios (via email or WhatsApp) and any applicable advance payment or deposit has been received.

• Enquiries do not constitute a booking until confirmed in writing
• Session slots are limited — availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation
• All booking details (date, time, session type, number of family members) must be agreed upon before the session
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion

2. Session Fees & Payment

Session fees are communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

• An advance payment may be required to secure your session date
• Final balances are due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated by the Studio
• All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life is unpredictable, especially with families. We approach cancellations with empathy and flexibility wherever possible.

• Cancellation with 7+ days notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellation with 3–6 days notice: Rescheduling available; deposits may be non-refundable
• Cancellation within 48 hours: Session fee may be forfeited unless rescheduling is arranged
• No-show: Full session fee applies
• Mihira Studios reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, with full credit to the client

4. Image Delivery

Edited portrait images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking (typically 10–21 business days depending on session size and complexity).

• Images are delivered via a secure private link or digital transfer method
• The number of delivered images depends on the session package selected
• All delivered images are professionally edited to our artistic standard
• Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee

5. Copyright & Image Ownership

All photographs created by Mihira Studios remain the intellectual property and copyright of Chandrasekhar Singh / Mihira Studios.

• Clients receive a personal use licence for the delivered images
• Personal use includes printing, displaying in your home, and sharing on personal social media
• Commercial use, licensing to third parties, or publication of images requires prior written permission
• Images must not be edited, filtered, or altered without prior consent
• Credit to Mihira Studios is appreciated when sharing images publicly

6. Studio Use of Images

We will not display your portraits on our website, social media, print portfolio, or in any promotional material without your express written consent. A consent form will be offered at or before your session. Participation is entirely voluntary and has no impact on service quality or pricing.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible session experience, clients agree to:

• Arrive on time and inform us promptly of any significant delays
• Follow outfit and preparation guidance provided by the Studio
• Ensure all family members (especially children) are aware of the session
• Inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or sensitivities relevant to the session
• Treat Studio staff and property with respect

8. Children & Minors

Sessions involving children are conducted with the utmost care and professionalism. The parent or guardian present during the session is responsible for the safety and behaviour of minors. Mihira Studios will never photograph a minor without the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Liability

Mihira Studios takes every precaution to ensure the quality of your portraits. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a full refund or rescheduled complimentary session
• We are not liable for client dissatisfaction arising from subjective aesthetic preferences that were not communicated prior to the session
• We are not responsible for injuries sustained at the shoot location unless directly caused by Studio negligence

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
